The sacraments of Christian Initiation are Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist. Pope Paul VI wrote, “The faithful are born anew by Baptism, strengthened by the sacrament of Confirmation, and receive in the Eucharist the food of eternal life.” If someone wishes to receive these sacraments, the parish offers the Rites of Christian Initiation (R.C.I.A.) classes to learn and prepare to receive these holy sacraments.
