First Holy Communion & First Reconciliation

First Communion Preparation is a 2-year program beginning in 1st Grade. If your child has missed first grade, please contact Krista Joseph at [email protected] to schedule an appointment to discuss the process. It is mandatory that the child attend 1st grade in order to make their First Communion in 2nd grade. 

In order to be ready to receive First Communion the child should have reached a certain awareness:

• The child should know who Jesus is and be aware of major events in His life, death and resurrection.
• The child should be able to distinguish the Eucharist from ordinary bread.
• The child should have the desire to receive the Eucharist.

First Holy Communion – Sunday, April 26th, 2020 at 1:30 pm

Mandatory Rehearsal for the child and one parent is on Saturday, April 25th 9:00 am – 10:15 am in the Church
